The team is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Tax Associate to assist in managing tax and compliance aspects within the Group. The role involves tracking changes of tax laws, analysing tax implications, and preparing tax returns for various jurisdictions.

Задачі

Conduct research on various international tax matters, incl. case law.
Track changes of tax laws, and regulations in countries where the company is represented to stay updated with relevant legislation changes.
Contribute to the analysis of tax implications on business decisions.
Aid in identifying and minimising tax risks.
Assist in managing tax and compliance aspects within the Group.
Help in developing tax structures for our international entities.
Assist in preparing tax returns for various jurisdictions.
Contribute to internal and external tax audits.

Очікування

BA/BS or MA/MS degree in economics, business, or other related field.
2 year + of work experience in international tax (experience in the Big 4 or top-niche boutique consulting firms will be preferable).
Strong desire to dive into and explore new countries' tax legislation.
Strong research skills (i. a. using databases like IBFD, Tax Analyst, CCH Answer Connect, etc.).
Basic understanding of international tax principles, familiarity with tax treaties, key tax concepts and acronyms such as OECD, BEPS, ATAD, and DAC.
English proficiency (upper-intermediate, advanced), with strong communication skills – is a must.
Practical experience with MS Excel.
Tech-savvy, demonstrating openness and adaptability to new technologies.
